Pipeline pump is a type of vertical pump,the outlet and inlet are in a same level,and the caliber is also the same,like a pipeline,so pipeline pump can intall at any location of a pipeline,so it is called pipeline pump,also called booster pump.

Pressure fluctuation at the vaneless space and vanes passages is one of the most important problems for the stable operation of a pump turbine. The fluctuation appears in any operating condition. Difference between suction stroke and lift head of water pump

Pump self-priming capacity is also called maximum self suction height.It is the maximum height at which the water is pumped (the vertical distance between the pump and the the liquid surface to be pumped) without fill in water into the pump tunnel. General water level is lower than the location of the pump, you need to pump self-priming capacity.For example ,if we need to pump water from a river ,we will not plan pipe first,so we need a pump which has self-priming capacity.
