Pump repair--The power is too large

1,Check the pump whether it is being used over it is rated power,adjust the flow,adjust valve. 
2,If the suction head lift is too high,decline the suction head lift. 
3,If the bearing is lossy,change a new bearing. 
There is noise and shakes with pump system: 
1,Check if the pipe net is fixed,tighten the pipe net. 
2,Check if there is air in liquid,raise suction pressure to exhaust air. 
3,Decrease the vacuum of pipe to prevent cavitation. 
4,If the bearing is lossy,change a new bearing.
