Brief introduction of Double suction pump

Double entry pump is also a kind of centrifugal pump,the double entry pump 's character is the pump capacity and head is very big,this kind of pump is very popular in project.
This type of pump impeller is actually made up of two back-to-back impellers.
The water pulled by these two impellers runs into a snail shape tunnel.So,the double entry pump can be consider like the pump drived by two of same diameter impellers at the same time.
With the same diameter size ,the capacity can be double of the normal one;Pump housing horizontally open,it is easily be checked and repaired.the outlet and inlet of pump perpendicular to the pump shaft at the same position,the pump inlet pipe and outlet pipe is easily install.
Impeller structure of symmetric double suction pump, no axial force, relatively stable operation.
In the irrigation pumping station flow along the the Yellow River area of China is large, the head is relatively high,  most of the station choose double suction centrifugal pump.

How to exclude the interference from the frequency converter

These problems often occur when you work at regular work and debug the equipment: 1 . When the converter of the heat exchange station is opened , the pressure transmitter shall jump ; 2 . using frequency converter to control the water supply , the voltage transformer is used as a signal for collecting pressure , and the voltage transformer is interfered by the frequency converter ; 3 .
