Usually when we select a pump, we will ask the user the capacity, lift requirements, the capacity and head can not be determined, it can not be positive accurate selection.
Normally,Customers should tell us the working situation such as what is the vertical height,what is the horizontal distance,how are the pipes arranged.elbow quantity,caliber of pipeline, what kind of liquid need to be transported.
We will make sure what kind of pump we used first and then according to the working situation choose the exactly item number.
The required lift can be calculated according to the vertical height of the transmission, the elbow and the horizontal distance, and the loss of the pipeline.

How to exclude the interference from the frequency converter

These problems often occur when you work at regular work and debug the equipment: 1 . When the converter of the heat exchange station is opened , the pressure transmitter shall jump ; 2 . using frequency converter to control the water supply , the voltage transformer is used as a signal for collecting pressure , and the voltage transformer is interfered by the frequency converter ; 3 . When the frequency converter starts up the motor , the voltage change signal is unstable and the jitter is great ; 4 .
