For the very beginning , Brazil, Russia, India, and China — the four emerging market countries who have development potential,— dubbed the BRIC nations，Take the English initials of the four countries and combine the BRIC,because the word was similar to the Brick in English, it was later called the “BRICs” by the international organization,later, Africa (South) was added as the brics” In this way, the five countries initials at the right moment of the BRICS.

2. Strengthen global governance and work together to meet the challenges. BRICs should maintain international peace and stability, build an open world economy, improve the international financial and monetary system, and strengthen coordination and cooperation in multilateral mechanisms

3. To carry out cultural exchanges, laying solid foundation of public opinion. The bric countries should carry out cultural exchanges, strengthen education cooperation, promote the development of undertakings of physical culture and sports.

4. Promote the construction of the mechanism and build a broader partnership. BRICs should improve cooperation mechanisms, provide protection for cooperation in various fields, and build a broader partnership

How to exclude the interference from the frequency converter
