Application of pumps

Pump is a device that raises, transfers, delivers, or compresses fluid.It usually raise liquid from low position and transfer liquid to highier position,most of pumps are electric pump.
Pumps can used in agriculture:irragation;running water project:water raise,water transfer,water distribution,water pressure booster;waste water treatment:dirty water pump,drain water,transfer water,water filtration,like ro booster pump;Heat power station:boiler feedwater,coolant water,recycled water,clean ash;Mine and steelworks:drain water,hydraulic coal mining,Steel dephosphorization;oil industry:drilling project,oil transfer,water supply,oil suction,oil refining;chemical industry:chemical liquid,heat liquid,cool liquid.metal smelting;shipping industry:boiler feedwater,raise coolant water,tranfer recycled water,oil goods,clean ship cabin,balance the water go by ship, push ship forward;construction industry:drain water,dredging,concretion,shower pump;
building equipment:boiler feedwater,building water supply,drain waste water,temperature water cycle,aquarium water pump,air conditioning;light industry: pulp transfer,medicament transfer,ceramic slurry transfer;Food industry:drink,milk and so on transfer.

How to exclude the interference from the frequency converter

These problems often occur when you work at regular work and debug the equipment： 1 . When the converter of the heat exchange station is opened , the pressure transmitter shall jump ; 2 . using frequency converter to control the water supply , the voltage transformer is used as a signal for collecting pressure , and the voltage transformer is interfered by the frequency converter ; 3 . When the frequency converter starts up the motor , the voltage change signal is unstable and the jitter is great ; 4 . The voltage transformer ( 4 – 20mA ) shall jump after the frequency converter is started , and the integrated thermal resistance ( 4 – 20mA ) nearby is not affected , and the signal line is not shielded .
