1,The centrifugal pump operator should familiar with the structure of centrifugal pump,and know the performance of the pump,he/she must get a operation licence of pump.
2,Opertor must know how to manage pump system,how to use pump, how to check pump problems,how to maintain a pump system.
3,Operator should follow the principle and laws of the pumps,espcially the local policy.
4,Operator should work strict under the rules of operation guide and follow the sequence to test and maintain and install the pump.
5,Every operation should be recorded in files,to make the successor know the situation of pumps.
6,Overload operation is forbidden.
7,The booster pump should not install a out of date pressure gage,and will be operate in the period of validity.

Pressure fluctuation at the vaneless space and vanes passages is one of the most important problems for the stable operation of a pump turbine. The fluctuation appears in any operating condition. Much research has been done on the pressure fluctuation of hydraulic machinery. However, the details of pressure fluctuation propagation of the pump turbine at the pump mode have not been revealed. The modern pump turbine with high water head requires the runner to be “flat”, which would induce pressure fluctuation more easily than the low head pump turbine.
