1. First, find out whether the motor burns the bearing (mechanical fault) or the coil (electrical fault).

A. the equipment is overloaded to make the motor run for a long time at rated or over rated current. In particular, the starting current of the motor is 3-5 times that of the rated current. Therefore, we should try to avoid running with load or full load when starting the equipment (mainly depending on the matching allowance of rated current and normal operating current of motor).
B, the motor works in a wet working environment. The insulation of the coils should be checked before the motor starts. The insulation requirements of different voltage grades are also different. May refer to the relevant national standard inspection. In the motor operation process should pay attention to the electrical machinery waterproof and moisture-proof.
C, machine mechanical failure caused by overload of the motor, excessive current and burning coil.
D, motor heat dissipation problem. The general motor coils are air-cooled shell, submersible is water-cooled shell. Large motors are mostly air-air heat exchanger, air-water heat exchanger cooling. If the cooling water (air) is broken. Cause the coil not to dissipate heat, may burn the coil.
2. The actual use of the lift is lower than the nameplate head too much;The centrifugal head is used to overcome the height and resistance.
