Why pumps leaks ?

When customers brought some water pumps, not necessarily immediately use the pumps, the centrifugal water pump may also be shelved in the warehouse for some time.
Long storage in the warehouse can cause problems with the pump, one of which is water pump leakage.

Because long time no use of pump,the pump tunnel has no water ,the mechanical seal or rubber seal and air oxidation,the rubber parts and pump spindle connected with each other.Users did not rotate the pump shaft by hand before start the pump,the motor pulls too much at the start, causing the rubber band to pull out,mechanical seal wear resulting in Water Leakage phenomenon. The users should pay attention to the pump , which is parking for more than a month, the pump shaft should be rotate by hand at first before start the pump, also note that the pump is forbidden working without liquid inside.
If the mechanical seal is damaged already,we should change a new one.
This problems happend to self-priming pump or other centrifugal pump products,the dewatering pumps do not have to worry about this case.

How to exclude the interference from the frequency converter

These problems often occur when you work at regular work and debug the equipment： 1 . When the converter of the heat exchange station is opened , the pressure transmitter shall jump ; 2 . using frequency converter to control the water supply , the voltage transformer is used as a signal for collecting pressure , and the voltage transformer is interfered by the frequency converter ; 3 .
